New Delhi [India], March 12: For many couples with infertility, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is thought to be the only option. However, according to holistic fertility specialists, fertility can often be greatly enhanced naturally before even thinking of going to medical options. As integrative health is becoming more well-known, people are now seeking ways to improve their reproductive health through lifestyle adjustments.

“Many couples struggling with conception believe IVF is their only option. However, in most cases, fertility can be significantly improved through natural methods before opting for medical intervention. Lifestyle factors like a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management, and proper sleep play a crucial role in hormonal balance and reproductive health,” says Kunwar Prashant Singh, the visionary behind Pranavya Wellness, a leading centre for holistic well-being.

The Power of Natural Fertility Enhancement

Fertility is not only a medical matter — but it’s very much impacted by general health as well as lifestyle choices. Lifestyle factors such as nutrition, physical activity levels, stress and sleep patterns also have a profound effect on reproductive hormones, egg and sperm quality, and overall fertility, research shows. Incorporating small but healthy lifestyle changes can greatly increase the likelihood of conception.

Key Natural Fertility Boosters

1. Balanced Nutrition– Having antioxidants, healthy fats, and vitamins plays a very important role in hormone regulation. Foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, berries and whole grains provide the body with enough nutrition to optimally facilitate reproduction.

2. Regular Physical Activity- Things like walking, yoga and strength training increase circulation, balance hormones and support a healthy weight, all of which can impact fertility.

3. Stress Management- Chronic stress disrupts hormones by raising cortisol levels that interfere with ovulation and sperm production. Practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga help lower stress and improve fertility.

4. Proper Sleep- The reproductive system of the body has a close relation with the circadian rhythm. Poor sleep quality can lead to hormonal imbalances, affecting fertility potential. Atleast take 7-8 hours per night for hormonal balance

5. Addressing Underlying Health Issues- A lot of fertility issues stem from something like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid imbalances, or nutritional deficiencies. A different approach to such imbalanced systems is to focus on correcting them via diet, lifestyle changes and natural therapies before medical treatments are considered.

“IVF is a great option for some, but it should not be the first step,” says Kunwar Prashant Singh. “Instead, focus on nourishing your body, correcting imbalances, and optimizing fertility naturally before considering assisted reproductive techniques. Nature has its way of healing—give it a chance before relying on medical interventions.”

Pranavya Wellness: A Natural Approach to Fertility

Kunwar Prashant Singh is the founder of Pranavya Wellness, an organisation that bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science for holistic well-being. His wellness centre teaches yoga, meditation, balanced nutrition, and other wellness programs and lifestyle changes to promote reproductive health.

Making yoga asanas that stimulate reproductive organs, tailored meal plans that encourage hormonal balance and mindfulness techniques to bring down stress are some practices that clients learn and take back with them at Pranavya Wellness. According to Singh, making the perfect environment internally is the solution for boosting your fertility naturally.

“Through a structured and holistic approach, many individuals and couples have seen remarkable improvements in their fertility health. It’s not just about getting pregnant—it’s about creating a body that is strong, balanced, and ready for conception in the healthiest way possible,” Singh explains.

Real Success Stories

Individuals who are adopting the Pranavya Wellness footsteps see an immense positive shift in their infertility journey. Men with poor sperm motility have improved their reproductive health with focused lifestyle changes, and women with irregular menstrual cycles have ovulated regularly.

A couple who had been trying, unsuccessfully, to get pregnant for three years decided to try natural methods under Singh’s direction. Having witnessed multiple couples achieve such a feat, within six months of guidelines of dietary modification, yoga and stress management techniques they had successfully conceived without medical intervention.

Conclusion

Parenthood is an exciting, but often overwhelming journey, and it doesn’t have to begin with medical interventions like IVF. Natural fertility boosters help maximize reproductive health to help individuals and couples conceive without invasive procedures.

As experts like Kunwar Prashant Singh champion holistic wellness through their practices, it’s easy to find themselves among the countless couples who are now venturing towards natural fertility solutions that offer more than just the on-paper viable solutions. Whether they go into assisted reproductive tech or not, take the time to nurture your body, mind and spirit through natural means — because fertility is not just the absence of a medical condition, it is a state of your general health and well-being.

Candor IVF Center’s unique initiative on Women’s Day: Free Pap smear tests for women https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/12/candor-ivf-centers-unique-initiative-on-womens-day-free-pap-smear-tests-for-women/ Wed, 12 Mar 2025 06:51:10 +0000 https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/12/candor-ivf-centers-unique-initiative-on-womens-day-free-pap-smear-tests-for-women/

Surat (Gujarat) [India], March 12: Marking International Women’s Day in a unique way, Surat-based Candor IVF Center organised a free Pap smear test camp for women. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about cervical cancer and encourage preventive healthcare among women. More than 1,000 women benefitted from the camp.

Speaking about the initiative, Dr Jaydev Dhameliya, IVF & Reproductive Medicine Specialist, Candor IVF Center said the objective was to promote awareness and encourage women to take preventive measures against cervical cancer.

“Through this initiative, we aimed to educate women about the importance of Pap smear tests and encourage them to focus on their own health. By organising this camp on the occasion of International Women’s Day, we aimed to reach more people about the importance of preventive screenings and spread this life-saving message more effectively,” Dr. Dhameliya said.

At a similar camp organised by Candor IVF Center two years back, 800+ women had undergone free Pap smear test. This year, the camp broke the record, with over 1,000 women undergoing the test.

What is a Pap smear test?

A Pap smear is a simple, painless, and highly effective screening test that helps in the early detection of cervical cancer. The test examines cells from the cervix, and if any abnormalities are found, they can be treated before developing into cancer. Regular Pap smear tests play a crucial role in preventing cervical cancer.

Why is Pap smear test important?

Cervical cancer often does not show symptoms in its early stages. A Pap smear test helps detect the disease before it progresses. By identifying abnormal cells, the test allows for timely treatment, potentially preventing the development of cancer.

Candor IVF is the best choice for fertility treatment in Surat. With an experienced team of IVF specialists and world-class equipment, the Center has been serving patients since 2009.

Doctor Wellcon 2025: 3-Day Meditation Camp Inaugurated by Sadguru Shivkripanand at L.G Hospital https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/doctor-wellcon-2025-3-day-meditation-camp-inaugurated-by-sadguru-shivkripanand-at-l-g-hospital/ Sat, 08 Mar 2025 13:08:06 +0000 https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/doctor-wellcon-2025-3-day-meditation-camp-inaugurated-by-sadguru-shivkripanand-at-l-g-hospital/

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], March 8: If we talk about the health of the entire society, then doctors are its pillars. If doctors are healthy, then the society will become healthy. Continuous flow of patients and illnesses as well as negative environment also affect the health of doctors and that is why today doctors experience stress in many ways. The only way to free yourself from all this and live a beautiful, positive, peaceful life is through ‘meditation’.

Dr. Wellcon 2025, a three-day meditation camp, has begun on March 7, 2025 at Narendra Modi Medical College (L.G. Hospital) Auditorium, Ahmedabad, in the holy presence of Sadguru Shri Shivkripanand Swamiji, the pioneer of Himalayan Samarpan Dhyanayoga.

The program began with the lighting of the lamp by senior dignitaries from the medical world and the trustees of Himalayan Samarpan Dhyanayoga. After the lighting of the lamp, the long-awaited moment arrived and Pujya Swamiji arrived in the auditorium.

  • Karma-free state is possible only through yoga: Sadguru Shri Shivkripanand Swamiji
  • In today’s time, the world needs meditation the most: Sadguru Shri Shivkripanand Swamiji
  • Expectation is related to the body, while meditation is related to the soul: Sadguru Shri Shivkripanand Swamiji

The program began after the Guru’s call. At the beginning of the program, Pujya Swamiji said that he first got the idea in Australia that camps should be organized for doctors. After that, Pujya Swamiji gave special guidance on why doctors should meditate. Explaining the difference between yoga and yoga asana, Pujya Swamiji said that “Yoga asana is not yoga, yoga asana is only a part of yoga. Yoga connects human beings with human beings. Only through yoga can the concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam be realized.”

Apart from this, Pujya Swamiji gave profound guidance on topics like aura, expectation, importance of meditation, importance of Guru Sanidhya, importance of living Guru, self-realization etc. After the lecture, all the doctors present got the opportunity to meditate in the holy presence of Pujya Swamiji. After the meditation, a spiritual Q&A session was organized with Pujya Swamiji and many doctors took an advantage of it.

At Doctor Wellcon 2025, activities like aura photography, spiritual exhibition, spiritual discussion session etc. were also organized by the Gurutattva team. A large number of doctors took advantage of this.

Pujya Shri Shivkripanand Swamiji has been striving to bring meditation to the masses through Himalayan Samarpan Dhyanayoga for the last 30 years. Today, people in more than 72 countries are making their spiritual and all-round progress through Himalayan Samarpan Dhyanayoga. The entire program of Doctor Wellcon 2025 is being broadcast live on the ‘Gurutattva’ YouTube channel, which is being taken advantage of by a large number of doctors. Everyone, including the Gurutattva team and the practitioners of the Himalayan Samarpan Dhyanayoga family, are striving to ensure that more and more doctors adopt the path of meditation and make their lives easier and more beautiful. Dr. Sukanya Mehra Champions Cervical Cancer Awareness and Prevention on International Women’s Day https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/dr-sukanya-mehra-champions-cervical-cancer-awareness-and-prevention-on-international-womens-day/ Sat, 08 Mar 2025 10:56:50 +0000 https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/dr-sukanya-mehra-champions-cervical-cancer-awareness-and-prevention-on-international-womens-day/

In a significant move towards improving public health, the Central Government has joined forces with State Governments to address health issues, including cancer prevention and control. This collaboration aligns with the National Program for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Stroke (NPCDCS), aimed at implementing a comprehensive framework under the National Health Mission (NHM) for district-level activities.

NPCDCS focuses on essential objectives such as cancer awareness, screening, early diagnosis, and timely referral for appropriate treatment. Attention is primarily directed towards three main cancers: breast, cervical, and oral. Given the alarming statistics indicating a rise in cervical cancer cases, it is imperative that awareness about cervical cancer and its prevention becomes a priority.

Cancer

Cervical cancer primarily stems from persistent infection by the human papillomavirus (HPV), with other contributing risk factors including a weakened immune system, smoking, and family history. Symptoms can vary, but often include abnormal bleeding between periods, bleeding after sexual intercourse, foul-smelling white discharge, and low back or abdominal pain. In some instances, patients may experience no symptoms at all, making awareness and regular screening even more critical.

The urgency to address cervical cancer cannot be overstated. Nearly all cases of cervical cancer are preventable through effective HPV vaccination, routine cervical cancer screenings, and appropriate follow-up treatment when necessary. However, a significant barrier remains—the lack of awareness regarding the HPV vaccine and its benefits, particularly among specific demographics. This gap in knowledge hinders vaccination efforts and ultimately compromises cervical cancer prevention.

Therefore, there is a crucial need to raise awareness at a large scale about the importance of HPV vaccination and cervical cancer prevention strategies. By collaborating across government levels and educating the public, we can work towards significantly reducing the incidence of cervical cancer and fostering a healthier future for women everywhere.

Empowering Hygiene: Mental Switch Donates Napkin Incinerator Machines https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/empowering-hygiene-mental-switch-donates-napkin-incinerator-machines/ Sat, 08 Mar 2025 10:14:29 +0000 https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/08/empowering-hygiene-mental-switch-donates-napkin-incinerator-machines/

Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], March 8: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Mental Switch proudly takes a meaningful step towards promoting menstrual hygiene and environmental sustainability. This initiative, the brainchild of R.R. Sharath Singh—author of Sky Monk and facilitator at Mental Switch—is dedicated to ensuring that young girls and women have access to safe and dignified sanitary waste disposal solutions.

To commemorate this special day, Mental Switch has donated 10 Napkin Incinerator machines to DR. B.R. Ambedkar Residential Girl School & Kitturu Rani Chennamma Residential Girl, reinforcing our commitment to women’s health and well-being. But this is just the beginning—over the next six months, we will donate an additional 100 machines to communities in need, with a special focus on all-girls government residential schools. Our ambitious goal is to successfully dispose of 1.2 crore sanitary pads every month, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment.

Mental Switch

This mission is powered by the proceeds from the Book Sky Monk, emphasizing the power of knowledge and awareness in driving meaningful change. Every purchase of the book directly contributes to expanding this initiative, allowing us to reach more locations and support more individuals in need.

For too long, young girls have faced limited options for safe sanitary pad disposal. Many were forced to resort to unhygienic methods, leading to discomfort and distress. Now, with the introduction of napkin incinerator machines, sanitary pads are disposed of efficiently—burned within minutes and reduced to harmless ash. This solution not only promotes hygiene but also provides peace of mind to countless young girls who previously had no proper disposal options.

Mental Switch

The napkin incinerator machines are manufactured by Riya INC, a women-run organization based in Tirupur. Their dedication to creating eco-friendly and efficient disposal solutions plays a crucial role in making this project a reality. By equipping schools, public spaces, and underprivileged communities with these machines, we aim to foster a healthier, more dignified environment for women and young girls across the country.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Your support can amplify our impact! Purchase Sky Monk or collaborate with us to expand this initiative to more communities. Together, we can make menstrual hygiene accessible and sustainable for all.

Radhe Guru Maa and MLA Prakash Surve Inaugurate a Dialysis Center in Dahisar, Mumbai https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/04/radhe-guru-maa-and-mla-prakash-surve-inaugurate-a-dialysis-center-in-dahisar-mumbai/ Tue, 04 Mar 2025 11:05:06 +0000 https://cinemapur.com/2025/03/04/radhe-guru-maa-and-mla-prakash-surve-inaugurate-a-dialysis-center-in-dahisar-mumbai/

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 4: In a significant step towards providing accessible healthcare, a new dialysis center was inaugurated in Anand Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai. The facility, established under the Taramati Charitable Foundation and Shri Radhe Guru Maa Charitable Trust, was officially opened by Magathane Assembly MLA Prakash Surve and Mamta Mai Radhe Guru Maa.

This dialysis center is set to offer free treatment to underprivileged patients suffering from kidney-related ailments, addressing a long-standing need in the community. With no previous dialysis centers in the vicinity, patients had to travel long distances for treatment. The newly opened center will now ensure timely and efficient medical care for those in need.

Radhe Guru Maa

A Major Step in Social Welfare

During the event, MLA Prakash Surve expressed his appreciation for Radhe Guru Maa’s continuous contributions to society. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives, saying:

“Providing quality healthcare to the underprivileged is a noble act. This dialysis center will be a blessing for those who cannot afford expensive treatments. Radhe Guru Maa’s efforts in serving humanity are commendable, and I extend my full support to this initiative.”

Speaking at the inauguration, Radhe Guru Maa emphasized the importance of community service and healthcare accessibility. She stated:

“Our goal is to serve the people who need us the most. This dialysis center is dedicated to the underprivileged, ensuring they receive free and high-quality medical treatment. Healthcare should not be a privilege but a right for every individual, regardless of their financial status.”

Her words resonated with the audience, as many attendees applauded the initiative and expressed their gratitude for this much-needed facility.

The Growing Need for Dialysis Centers

Kidney-related diseases are on the rise in India, with thousands of patients requiring regular dialysis. Unfortunately, many cannot afford the high costs associated with treatment. Dialysis sessions in private hospitals can be expensive, making it difficult for economically weaker sections to access essential care.

With this in mind, Shri Radhe Guru Maa Charitable Trust and Taramati Charitable Foundation have collaborated to create a state-of-the-art dialysis center equipped with modern medical facilities. The center aims to:

  • Provide free dialysis treatment to needy patients
  • Reduce financial burden on families struggling with medical expenses
  • Improve healthcare access for the residents of Dahisar and nearby areas
  • Ensure regular and high-quality treatment to enhance the quality of life for kidney patients

The initiative reflects a commitment to public welfare, reinforcing the belief that healthcare should be inclusive and available to all.

Community Support and Public Response

The inauguration event witnessed a huge gathering of Radhe Guru Maa’s devotees and local residents. Many attendees expressed their support and gratitude, stating that this initiative will provide lifesaving treatment to those who previously had limited options.

Local resident Manoj Sharma, whose father requires frequent dialysis, shared his thoughts:

“My family has struggled for years to afford dialysis sessions. This new center will be a blessing for us and many others who cannot afford expensive treatments. I am deeply grateful to Radhe Guru Maa and her team for making this possible.”

Similarly, Sunita Verma, another attendee, said:

“Healthcare should be accessible to everyone, and this initiative is a step in the right direction. I hope more such centers open in different parts of Mumbai and across India.”

The event concluded with prayers and blessings, marking the beginning of a new era in accessible healthcare for Dahisar and surrounding areas.

A Bright Future for Healthcare Accessibility

The opening of this dialysis center underlines the importance of charitable initiatives in the healthcare sector. With rising medical costs, such efforts ensure that no one is deprived of essential treatment due to financial constraints.

The Taramati Charitable Foundation and Shri Radhe Guru Maa Charitable Trust plan to expand their healthcare initiatives in the future, bringing more medical facilities and resources to the underprivileged. Their vision is to create a network of free and affordable healthcare centers that cater to the needs of the economically weaker sections of society.

This dialysis center stands as a symbol of hope and compassion, proving that collective efforts can bring positive change and make healthcare accessible for all.
